Located in Mexico City’s Condesa district, Sultepec 19 is a residential development rooted in the neighborhood’s rich Art Deco heritage. Our goal was to reinterpret this legacy with a contemporary lens.

The logotype draws inspiration from 1920s typeballs, while the isotype subtly echoes Art Deco forms. Paired with a refined typographic system for stationery and sales materials, the result is a classic and current identity.

A careful play of light and shadow allows the branding and the building to blend seamlessly into its surroundings, as if it had always belonged.
